Unexpected fees shocked our stay

The location was ideal for beach access and nearby restaurants. the breakfast selection was delightful, and the persistently clean rooms enhanced our experience.

However, surprise charges for parking and an unsolicited room upgrade made our checkout quite frustrating. The lighting in our room was also distracting during the night.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right across from the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. We enjoyed our room with a stunning sea view and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection, especially the freshly cooked omelettes. What an amazing getaway! The sea view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, it felt like I was living in a postcard. I also loved lounging in the rooftop solarium with a splash pool – what a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring!

The loud music kept me up until 4 AM on weekends, which I didn't expect. Breakfast had a good selection, but paying extra felt excessive for what I received. Staff were generally friendly, but the service, especially at the bar, lacked attention. Check-in was smooth, but the late check-in time at 4 PM was inconvenient. Another thing worth mentioning, the bathroom could use better lighting. Overall, the hotel needs to address the noise issue for a better experience.

I absolutely loved my stay, as the hotel is just a short walk of about 300 meters to the beautiful Malvarrosa Beach, making it perfect for quick beach strolls and views, and it was also conveniently located close to the City of Arts and Sciences, so I could enjoy a lovely walk there and explore all the stunning architecture.

Neptuno Playa & Spa offers a fantastic location, just steps from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean, with a great sea view. The breakfast provides enough quality options, including a commendable omelette station, making it a good start to the day.

Service could improve, particularly at the bar.
